My name is Di Mi (Mi as in 'rice') and I am eight years old. I am from ACC Lesotho and currently in grade two in its primary school. I like to learn Chinese and martial art, and I also like to sing and go to school. When I grow up I want to be a shop owner or a princess. I also want to have children and have my own family.

My mom passed away when I was four years old, and this is why I am at ACC. Besides going to school and learning to speak Chinese at the centre, I am also learning traditional dances and everyone said I am doing it well. I also like to help with the chores at the centre such as doing the laundry. In particular, I like to speak Chinese with the volunteers from Taiwan but sometimes I am not sure if they understand me or not.
